A delegation from Nugaal University arrived in Ethiopia on Sunday the 17th of July 2022. The delegation consisted of three academicians: Mohamed Abdikadir Daud, Abdirizak Abdirahman Ahmed and Khadra Abdirahman Abokor, who are from the Institute of Peace Studies and Conflict Analysis of Nugaal University in Lasanod.
The delegation participated in an international conference on diplomatic mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution which was offered by peace specialists from Clingendael Institute and sponsored by Interpeace.
The participants in the training included academics from the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies of Hargeisa University and other Somali professionals from the Somali capital city, Mogadishu.
The conference began on July 18th 2022 and was finalized on 22nd of July 2022, at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa, where the delegations are accommodated
