The university board is the supreme organ of the University, which are responsible for the overall administration and leadership of the University.

Senate is the organ responsible for the organization, control and direction of the academic matters of the University and reports to boards.

The President is the head of the Institution assisted by the Vice-President, who is also assisted by the Director of Academics and the Director Finance and Administration.
