Dr. Ahmed Jama is an accomplished university lecturer specializing in Islamic law, with a strong focus on Islamic Banking and Finance. He holds multiple degrees, including an LLB, MSc, and PhD in Shareeah Law and Finance, all obtained with distinction from the Islamic University of Madinah. Dr. Jama is fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, and he possesses expert knowledge in financial contracts.

Dr. Jama holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Shariah and Islamic Studies at Nugaal University for more than 10 years, and has experience as a Fiqh lecturer at the Islamic University of Madinah. He is a certified Islamic banker and trainer, and he has established two schools in Somalia, contributing to the education of over 1,400 students.

He also serves as the Chairman of the East African University Council in Buhodle, Somalia, where he supervises academic affairs and provides consultancy services. Additionally, he is a Shareeah Consultant and Compliance Officer at Amal Bank, where he trains employees and ensures adherence to Shariah standards.

His scholarly contributions include various publications and translations related to Islamic jurisprudence, and he has been actively involved in research and curriculum development throughout his career.
